Main features of porched BR batteries:
lithium Batteries

1. Excellent application performance

BR (Fluorinated carbon) lithium batteries have a large specific capacity and high energy density, making them easy to miniaturize and lightweight.


2. Super high-temperature resistance

Fluorocarbon materials themselves have good thermal stability. It will not decompose at high temperatures (≤ 600 ℃) and will not crystallize at low temperatures. Therefore, the capacity retention rate of Lithium fluoride battery is good at high temperature, and the improved battery can reach the operating range of -40~+125 ℃.


3. Excellent discharge performance

BR cells’ working voltage plateau is over 3V. At the same time, because fluorocarbon compounds are converted into Lithium fluoride and conductive carbon when the battery is working, the utilization rate is almost 100%, the discharge platform is stable, and the working voltage can be stabilized until the end of discharge.


4. Good storage performance

The self-discharge rate of fluorinated carbon batteries is very low, less than 1%; whether in use or under normal storage conditions, and the storage life can reach more than 10 years.


5. Excellent safety performance

This battery has excellent chemical and physical stability. Experiments have shown that it is still very safe in situations of short circuit, squeezing, collision, over discharge, high temperature, or other misuse.

Compared with cylindrical batteries, it has larger capacity and lighter weight, and its operating temperature can also reach -40~+125 ℃. It is soft, good for special requirements and field.


Transportation.

1. The impact and vibration during transportation and loading and unloading should be limited to a minimum.

2. The stacking height of paper packaging boxes shall not exceed 1.5 meters.

3. During long-distance transportation, if transported by ship, the battery should be kept away from the engine; In summer, they should not stay in an unventilated environment for a long time.

Safety

1. Lithium fluorocarbon batteries are not rechargeable. If the battery is charged, there may be a risk of leakage, fire, or explosion.

2. Do not heat the battery or throw it into the fire.

3. Do not over discharge the battery, as this may cause battery leakage and damage to electrical appliances.

4. Do not use metal conductors to short-circuit the positive and negative terminals of the battery.

5. When installing equipment, be careful not to install the positive and negative poles of the battery in reverse.

6. Do not disassemble the battery.

7. Do not directly solder the battery with an electric soldering iron.

8. Do not use batteries that are severely scratched or deformed.

10. Do not drop the battery on the ground (or on the wall).

11. New and old batteries, batteries of different models or brands, cannot be used simultaneously. If replacing the battery, make sure to use the same battery

Assembling & Packing

When connecting batteries in series and/or parallel, circuit protection measures must be taken for each battery to ensure that it is not charged or forcibly discharged.

Storage

1. The battery should be stored in an environment of 10 ℃~25 ℃ and a humidity of 45%~75%.2. When storing batteries, please keep them away from heat sources and do not place them in direct sunlight. Keep clean, cool, dry, and ventilated.

3. The stacking height of batteries depends on the packaging strength. In general, the stacking height of paper packaging boxes should not exceed 1.5 meters, and wooden boxes should not be stacked.

4. The battery is stored and displayed in its original packaging. After removing the packaging, the batteries are stacked in a disorderly manner, which may cause short circuits and battery damage
