Solutions: 1. Security
◆ adopt gmb-Q300c generation machine, an automatic equipment developed by GMB, with imported separation paper, produce positive pole packaging bag like positive plate, fully seal the positive pole plate of the battery;
◆ adopt Taiwan high precision die-cutting to eliminate the burr of the pole sheet and avoid the internal micro short circuit of the battery;
◆ for the segmented pole slice, the unqualified pole slice shall be scrapped through the secondary projector inspection.
The finished battery is punctured
