Safety measures for GMB Hi-temp. ER(LI/SOCL2) Battery Packs
1. The battery material adopts a 304 stainless steel thin material steel cylinder that is integrally formed to maintain weak magnetism in its battery shell. Abandon traditional thick stainless steel pipes welded up and down to reduce potential explosive power.
2. Considering the use of high-temperature batteries in the oil drilling industry, unlike ordinary room-temperature batteries, the high-temperature lisocl2 battery pack requirements are extremely special, and the product must be
able to withstand high-strength impact vibration. For this reason, our company's products adopt a fixed design of the battery cell body: the positive and negative electrodes are firmly welded inside the shell to avoid short circuits in the battery cell body caused by friction between the electrode plates under high-intensity vibration and impact.
3. Unlike other battery manufacturers' products in the industry, our battery cell adopts a hollow design, which allows sufficient redundant space to accommodate the internal pressure generated during the use of the battery in high-temperature environments, ensuring the deformation of the battery is sufficiently small.
4. In order to prevent the internal structure of the battery from loosening due to the consumption of lithium metal during use, increase the distance between the positive and negative electrodes, and cause energy loss, a new type of spring steel plate is placed in the battery core to strengthen the firmness of the body, reduce the risk of internal short circuits caused by the core looseness, and stabilize the electrical performance.
5. Widely using imported materials: using imported carbon powder and combined with a unique carbon cathode film-making process, we provide carbon cathodes with large and sufficient porosity; Introducing special separators and their application in high-temperature ER batteries have further improved the applicable temperature of the batteries.

7. In terms of the external design of the battery, in order to prevent problems such as battery short circuits during use, we are adding
a PCB board with an electrical fuse installed on the battery. Once a short circuit occurs, the power can be cut off as soon as possible. Our company's product is a lithium sulfite chloride battery, which belongs to the primary battery. Therefore, we provide diodes to prevent the battery from being recharged.
