The types of Li polymer batteries produced in GMB

Our company recently provided a high-temperature lipo battery power solution for a customer's GPSY equipment. The customer requires a battery capacity of 10Ah, voltage of 3.7 volts, size of 12 * 60 * 100 (mm), and the ability to work for four hours at 75 ℃.

We can produce a lipo with a working temperature of 85 ℃. If cost is not considered, we can use pure cobalt acid to continuously work at 85℃ for four hours without affecting the battery's cycle life.

Our company's main types of polymer batteries are as follows:

1. Non-magnetic li polymer battery

GMB can produce various sizes of non-magnetic polymer batteries.

2.  Low-temperature li polymer batteries,

Low-temperature li polymer batteries can discharge 70% at minus 40℃, and can produce lipo batteries of various sizes.

3. Battery packs of various polymers

GMB produces large quantities of 6V, 12V, 36V, and 48V li polymer battery packs, capacities range from 10Ah, 20Ah, 100Ah to 200Ah, Especially with li polymers batteries made of lithium iron phosphate, safety has significant advantages.

4. Ultra small and ultra-thin li polymer batteries

The smallest lipos, with a size of 3 * 9 * 9 (mm), is an ultra small li polymer battery; The thickness of the thinnest lipos battery can reach one millimeter

5. High voltage scheme li polymer battery

The high-voltage scheme can generally increase the capacity to 5% to 10%, similar to the li polymer battery we use with mobile phones. High-voltage lipos can basically be increased to 10% to 5% in capacity.

6. Storage life of li polymer batteries

Many customers want to know the storage life of GMB polymer batteries. GMB polymer batteries generally do not charge for one year and the voltage is still above 2.75V.
